1. The Activate Your Greatness Audio – a 30 minute talk on making Personal Development work in your life (and on how to use the two other tools).

2. The High Performer’s Checklist.  Use this checklist daily to keep track of the small “chunked down” actions that you take toward your goals.  Keep those chunks to 15 or 30 minutes – make it doable. Then rate yourself on a 1 to 10 scale on Diet and Exercise.  By giving daily attention to your direction and noticing your progress (or lack of it), you will make it more likely for you to achieve your goals.  This is about mastering the basics.

Remember the old maxims: “What get measured gets done!” and “By the yard it’s hard, but by the inch it’s a cinch!”

3. The Power Nap Audio.  A 10 minute pause that you can insert where you like in your day to restore you.  Go from tired to your “best” in 10 minutes!  THIS WORKS!  Best listened to lying down but sitting can work too.  Listen with stereo headphone and breath.  If you are really tired, just let go and let the sounds do their work.  If you are not too tired and want to supercharge you session, add some isualization: see your past and future successes in your mind and feel them in your body, or practice seeing your upcoming activities done perfectly.  A 10 minute break or two a day is mandatory for peak performance.  So grab the headphones instead of the Red Bull!
